March
I have been finishing the pages of my project and adding more animation to pages. I have also managed to get the ‘help’ and ‘play’ button working. I did this code by myself because it was the same as one of my other codes.
I was able to do the ‘home’ icon myself. The ‘print’ and ‘sound’ button I needed help to complete. I still need to do the 'exit' button so i added more animation to some of my pages instead.

Late
Friday 6th Feburary:
Today we handed in a draft of all our work.
All my flash pages were done but not yet flowing in one continioues story book motion.
on feedback, i needed to put more animation and get the entire thing working.
Wednesday 10th Febuary:
I have now managed to get the entire thing working after having a bit of trouble with the coding.
i now have to finish making any changes or adding annimation to the remainder of my pages.
i also need to find out how to make pages jump because the specification asks for multiple endings for the child to choose through.
Over the half term we are expected to document all our skills that we have learnt through the project.

Flash
Tuesday 6th January:
Agreed with Ms Parkes a time to use the recording studio to record the audio for my product.
Began to create interactive items of flash. Attempted on my own first then asked for help. After help i managed to complete the first part of the interactive aspect of moving words into the correct places on my 'fill in the gaps' page.

25th November
Today we did some text and simple image annimation on Flash.
i found this challenging but also very helpful as i will be using these aspects on my project.
we also continued with our layout designs.
we got back our layout annotation work which i need to improve on for next weeks lesson.

Wednesday 19th:
Today we make the final changes and printed out our draft of the gantt chart. i included all the relevent dates that ms parkes gave us and put in the final deadline.
On tuesday we did some collsion detection work ok Flash, as we may use this in our final project. we also continued with making our layouts on flash.

Ms Parkes lesson:
Today we continued with making our layout designs and storyboard designs.
i had already created two story ideas and two layouts as well as a front page layout with justification.
During the lesson we needed to add more detail to our justifications and also create a storyboard which includes game and multiple ending ideas. i have done one at the moment.
Ms Doyle's lesson:
Today we continued with using Microsoft Project. Our main goal was to include 'milestones'
This was contected to what we did earlier in the lesson with 'resources' 'time' and 'tasks'
Tasks: put down all the tasks that are needed to create the final product including user guide and screen-prints
Resources: we needed to think about all the items that we would need in order to compleate our project. this might include computers, video camera's or software
Time: on our gantt chart we had to think about time limit and how much time we should spend on certain sections and how we will complete the task within out given deadline.
